Writing a personal ad is no rocket science,
nonetheless it is a fact that some people receive hundreds of responses whilst
others none at all. Usually the problem lies not in the person but in the
wording of the ad and finding the right balance between lack of information and
too much information. Here are a few tips on how to write a welcoming

It is a fact that more men surf the net than
women, this is great news for you but you also want to filter out those unwanted
ones by being wise with your personal ad. Your ad must be written carefully to
attract the man you seek. If you want a man to be interested in who you are not
what you look like than be sure to put in some information about your interests,
values, hobbies and not things like “attractive lady who likes to have a good
time…” be more specific.
This applies too to the part in which you write
what you are looking for in a man. Character traits that are important to you
you should mention. Don’t be shy to share your life’s philosophies or motto. By
being direct you may spark something in that someone who may very well be your
soul mate.
Think happy whilst writing, there is nothing more
off putting than negativity (either that of you attract the Mr. Doom Gloom).
